Initiatives for the review of constitutionality and legality
By the authority of our clients we make initiatives for the review of the constitutionality of the laws as well as constitutionality and legality of executive regulations. In order to initiate a proceeding before the constitutional court, the client shall be required to show a legitimate interest in relation to contested provisions affecting his or her rights or legally protected benefits.

Constitutional complaints
On behalf of our clients we file constitutional complaints against final judgements and final individual decisions of state authorities and the holders of public authorisations. Constitutional complaint may be filed against individual decision, against which no other legal remedies can be used, where human rights and basic freedoms have been infringed.
