Attorney dr. Vida Mayr graduated from the Faculty of Law in Ljubljana in the year 1984. In 1986 she passed judiciary examination and was entered into the Register of Lawyers at the Bar Association of Slovenia on 1 January 1988.
 
On July 10, 2007, she has obtained her LL.D., with the doctor’s dissertation “The Disregard of Legal Entity”. Following the Decision of the management Board of the Bar Association of Slovenia on 4 September 2007, dr. Vida Mayr has been acknowledged the status of Attorney at Law, a specialist in Commercial Law. She is the author of the book The Disregard of Legal Entity, which has been published in October, 2008 by Založba Uradni list Republike Slovenije.
 
Dr. Vida Mayr is senior lecturer for the area of law  at College for Accounting and Finance in Ljubljana.
